About Reach
Reach is a job-search agent: it finds the roles that fit you, tailors your resume and cover letter to each one, and applies in your name, with you approving before anything is sent.

Who built it
Reach is built and run by Bryan Vine, founder of Vine AI, an AI engineering studio in Port Angeles, Washington. Before Vine AI, Bryan spent twelve years at Wells Fargo leading infrastructure automation across a fleet of more than 200,000 servers.
Reach started as the tool Bryan built for his own job search: something that would read every posting, decide which ones fit, write the documents, and fill the forms while he prepared for interviews. Reach is that agent, rebuilt so anyone can hire it.
What Vine AI is
Vine AI is the company behind Reach. It designs and operates AI systems, and Reach is its consumer product. "Powered by Vine AI" in the footer means exactly that: the same team builds the models, the matching, and the site you are reading.
How Reach is run
- The job scoring and resume writing models are trained and served on hardware Vine AI operates, so your resume text is not handed to advertising networks.
- Review mode is the default. Auto-apply is opt-in per persona with a daily cap.
- Every generated document is checked against your real history before it ships.
- Reach applies at the employer's own site and never automates LinkedIn.
