Reach is a young product. It is evolving quickly, and these terms and practices may change as it does. When they change we will update the date above, and your continued use means you accept the update.

These Terms govern your use of Reach, a service by Vine AI. By creating an account or using Reach, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Reach does

Reach is an automated job-search assistant. It finds open roles, scores them against the personas you set up, prepares tailored application materials, and, when you enable it, submits applications on your behalf from a Reach apply address.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the places you apply. You are responsible for ensuring the roles you pursue are ones you are eligible for.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information about yourself. You authorize Reach to prepare applications from your data and, when you turn on auto-apply, to submit them on your behalf using your apply address. Review your materials and settings before enabling auto-apply. You are responsible for the applications submitted from your account and for the accuracy of what they contain.

Acceptable use

Do not use Reach to submit false or misleading information to employers, to apply for roles you are not eligible for, to harass anyone, or for any unlawful purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

AI-generated materials

Reach uses large language models to draft resumes and cover letters, grounded in the information you provide. We take steps to keep this content faithful to your real experience, but automated drafts can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing materials before they are sent. Reach does not guarantee accuracy.

Research use of de-identified data

You agree that Reach may use de-identified, PII-redacted data from your use of the service for non-commercial academic research, as described in our Privacy Policy. This data is never sold or used for any commercial purpose, published findings never identify you, and you can ask us to exclude your data at any time.

No guarantee of results

Reach helps you apply; it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. Hiring decisions are made entirely by employers.

Service provided as is

Reach is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Features may change or break, and data may be lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vine AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Fees

Reach has a permanent free tier plus paid plans (Basic, Pro, and the one-time Until You Land plan). Current prices and limits are shown in the app and at checkout, and billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel a subscription any time from Settings and keep access through the period you already paid for. If prices or plan limits change, we will give notice before it affects you.

Termination

You may stop using Reach and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

Reach is changing quickly, so we expect to update these Terms over time. When we do, we will update the date at the top, and significant changes may also be announced in the app. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using Reach and you may delete your account.
